I interview bestselling author and leadership researcher Jim Kouzes. We examine the idea that anyone can learn leadership and explore 5 steps for doing so.
Jim is internationally known in the leadership development arena. He co-wrote the book “The Leadership Challenge”, which has sold millions of copies world-wide, and according to the Wall Street Journal, Jim is one of the 12 best executive educators in the United States. Jim is the Dean’s Executive Fellow of Leadership at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, and also lectures on leadership around the world to corporations, governments, and nonprofits.
In addition to the book “The Leadership Challenge,” he’s also co-written many other books with his colleague and coauthor Barry Posner, including “Learning Leadership” – one of their newest publications and one we’ll be focusing on in today’s discussion.
